How is AllPeople responding to COVID-19?

AllPeople is currently fully remote. We want to ensure the safety and health of both our employees and our customers. Remember to mask up, wash your hands consistently, and socially distance!


What is AllPeople?

AllPeople is an eco- and socially-conscious company which aims to provide the safest and most effective products to our customers while giving back to our community at the same time. With every purchase, 5% is given to a non-profit of your choice, and every product is specifically vetted to ensure your safety and satisfaction!


How much of my purchase is given to a nonprofit?

5% of your purchase is given to a nonprofit of your choice so that you can consciously shop while contributing to a cause that matters to you!


How does AllPeople help the environment?

AllPeople offers sustainable, eco-friendly products on our website, each specifically vetted for your safety and satisfaction. Every shipment we send is also carbon offset through our partnership with Carbon Lighthouse

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you find any problems with your order, please reach out to hello@allpeople.co. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. Don’t fret–we hear you! We just want to make sure we can give you the best answer possible!


How long will my product take to arrive? 

Depending on the weight of the package, shipping typically takes between 1-5 business days. Processing time can, however, take up to 48 hours, so be sure to note that!


What is the status of my order? / How can I track my order?

Once you have placed an order with AllPeople, you will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships. If you have any issues with your order or the tracking, please reach out to hello@allpeople.co, and we’ll get things figured out for you!  


Where does AllPeople ship to?

AllPeople ships to all 50 states of the United States along with U.S. territories and APO/FPO locations. To see more details, see our shipping policy.


How does AllPeople guarantee carbon neutral shipping?

AllPeople partners with a nonprofit organization, Carbon Lighthouse, to offer carbon neutral shipping. We offset all carbon emissions produced through the ground transportation of products through the purchase of carbon credits to bring our emissions to a net zero. Through rarely utilized steps like these, we promote sustainability and set a new precedent for eco-conscious businesses.

At AllPeople, we want to keep the planet safe and habitable for ourselves and future generations. We need clean air, food, and safe drinking water to survive–practicing sustainability helps maintain all of those along with keeping mother earth looking sharp. Here are more tips on how to live sustainably and some information how AllPeople works everyday towards a more sustainable future. 


Are all of your products eco-friendly? 

All of products are individually vetted to ensure environmental sustainability and, when possible, socially-conscious initiatives. Many of our products are also certified through multiple programs, such as BCorp, Green America, and the American Sustainable Business Council. 


How do you decide which products are sold at AllPeople?

Each of the products on our site are individually vetted by our team, and some have several different certifications (such as BCorp, Green America, and the American Sustainable Business Council) so that they are guaranteed to be safer and better for the environment.

Where / How do I make an account? 

You can make an account here, also found in the top right of the AllPeople website with the person symbol. To make an account, you’ll need to submit your first name, last name, an email, birthday and a password. Making an account is completely free and it also signs you up for AllPeople's Rewards Program.


How do I sign up for AllPeople’s Rewards Program?

You can create an account to the AllPeople website by clicking the "Create an Account" button in the top right corner or clicking on the Rewards tab in the bottom left-hand corner


What benefits are included in AllPeople's Rewards Program?

Our rewards program gives you 10 points for every dollar you spend. Every 100 points is equal to $1! You can also gain points with referrals to friends and Birthday Presents. When you reach 500, 1000, or 2000 points, you can trade in those points for coupons to use on your next purchase. What if I forget my login details?

If you forget your password, head here and submit your email to get a link to reset it. If you find you forgot your email or don’t have access to it, please send an email to hello@allpeople.co to recover your account.
